San Juan, La Union: 3D2N Biglaang Trip
It was Wednesday evening when I decided to fill my 40L Rhinox bag with random clothes and travel stuff. I have decided to go to Batangas right after my 9Pm-6Am shift as it had been a crazy workweek for me. My original plan was to go to Mt. Manabu for a quick day hike then go to Laiya Batangas. But all that hiking-then-beach-bumming plan got cancelled when it rained a little after midnight during my shift. Ayaw yata ng tadhana na paakyatin ako ng bundok or pumunta sa Batangas. Then suddenly, a thought came in: I havent surfed in ages and I've only done it once. Maybe I should give it a try? That's when I decided to go to Cubao and hop on a bus going to Laoag.
